Please leave the arena as you find it. All poles put away, lights off and droppings/rubbish removed.
Dogs on leads at all times. You are only authorised to the use the facility you have booked and paid for. Any changes to the booking must be done online before arrival. Instructors teaching at Leyland Court must have their own insurance.
Neither the owners Leyland Court* nor anyone in their employ may be available during the day and accordingly all those who wish to school their horses/ponies and use the facilities at Leyland Court do so entirely at their own risk.
1. The owners of Leyland Court, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Equestrian facilities do not accept any liability for any damage done to any persons or property, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with the Equestrian facilities or otherwise howsoever.
2. It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Equestrian facilities that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree, that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises.
3. Riders should not attempt any jumps on the Cross Country course before checking it is safe to do so.
4. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. Properly fitting hard riding hats and footwear with heels must be worn to current British standards, whilst mounted. Skullcaps and body protectors to current British Standards must be worn on the cross-country course (hard hats with fixed peaks are not permitted on the cross-country course).
6. Any fences that are damaged or seen to be damaged, must be reported to the owners who can be reached on 07866269889.
7. All accidents must be reported to the owners directly and an accident report form completed prior to leaving the premises.
8. Any persons using the facilities on the premises agree to do so with the intention of leaving the facility as they found it. The car park and the all-weather arenas should be left clear of all droppings, hay and all other rubbish. Bins and poo skips are available on site. Failure to comply may result in fines to the perpetrator.
9. Any persons using the cross country or derby arena agree not leave any rubbish on the courses and in respect of the Derby arena, to leave the location of fences as found.
10. All persons using the facility agree to treat other riders with respect and courtesy when sharing the course.
