JOB VACANCY

Due to an increasing number of students enrolling in our Changing Lives Through Horses Program we are looking for someone to join our SEND team .

 Duties and responsibilities .

• Assisting in delivering our Changing Lives Through Horses program.
• Recording and reporting a pupil’s progress
• Helping pupils stay focused during class hours
• Supervising group activities .
• Helping to manage student behaviour
• Looking after children who are unwell or upset
• Providing a healthy and safe learning environment for children .
• Be able to work with small groups of children on your own.
• Plan Lesson plans foe following week .

The successful candidate will be experienced in working with challenging children from various back grounds .

An equine back ground will also be required .

You will be a good listen & skilful at communicating with challenging children.

You will need to DBS check, if you don't already hold a current certificate we can arrange one .

You will need to use to being around children and understanding there needs .

HOURS .

The roll will be term times only Tues to Fri 9.30am 3pm 1 hour for lunch.
