EVENTS

For Event Organisers (i.e. Equestrian Centres):

With the Hoofpick Event management tool, available in your "Dashboard" you can:

• Create an event and take entries online.
• Control number of entries, set prices, and create an unlimited number of classes.
• Add additional fees (i.e. stabling, programmes, non-membership fees, etc.).
• Manage availability by setting entry limits.
• Edit your events and bookable services until the first entry/booking has been paid for.
• Download information/schedules to create programmes, start lists, judges lists, etc.
• Add defined user roles to your HP account - allow other people/staff controlled access to your Hoofpick Account and booking system.
• Offer your booking system to 3rd parties and get them using your Website, your Mobile App and/or your Facebook Page (i.e. if you hire your facilities out to other event organisers).
• Choose where to display your event (i.e. ONLY on your Website, your Mobile App, your Facebook Page, OR it can also display on the public Hoofpick platform).

Fees:

• Creating an event is free.
• A booking fee of $0.75 is charged when an event is booked. This will be split from the entry fee at the time of payment via Stripe.
• You will have to connect your Stripe account to your Hoofpick Account. Creating a Stripe account is free, simple & secure.
• Refunds can be dealt with immediately by reversing the transaction through Stripe.

For People Wishing to find Equestrian Events in their Area:

• Enter your events via a simple and secure online platform, available on desktop and mobile.
• Save all their details (rider's name, registration number, horse's name, passport number, etc.) for multiple horses and multiple riders to make bookings and entries fast &easy.
• Make payment for entries online.
• Keep track of their entries.

BOOKABLE SERVICES

For Equestrian Service Providers (i.e. Equestrian Centres):

• Create a recurring event (i.e. lessons, clinics, arena hire etc.).
• Set dates, times and available slots.
• Take reservations and payments online.
• Integrate and allow access to your bookings through your Website, your Mobile App and/or your Facebook Page.

Fees:

• Creating a Bookable Service is free.
• A booking fee of $1.25 is charged when a service is booked. This will be split from the entry fee at the time of payment via Stripe.
• You will have to connect your Stripe account to your Hoofpick Account. Creating a Stripe account is free, simple & secure.
• Refunds can be dealt with immediately by reversing the transaction through Stripe.

For People Wishing to find Equestrian Services in their Area:

• Search and find services/lessons/clinics near you.
• Choose their timeslot and complete booking and payment online.
• Save their favourite "Hoofpicks (services/lessons/clinics) to your account.
• Keep track of bookings.

HOOFPICK CLASSIFIEDS

Hoofpick is the site to browse, advertise and find everything equestrian.

• Simple to use and even easier to manage.
• Use filters to search based on Country, Region, Category and Sub-Categories.
• Save "Hoofpicks" (horses for sale etc.) to your account.
• All members get one FREE classified on their account at all times.
• Paid plans for multiple or unlimited classifieds.
• All classifieds are valid for 12 months and can be edited and updated ad infinitum during this period.
• All classifieds provide a media rich environment, including:
  • Video embed of YouTube videos.
  • Google Maps location display.
  • Unlimited Images.
  • Add PDF documents.

Fees - Additional classifieds can be purchased as needed:

• Single Classified : $24.00/year
• 10 Classifieds : $195.00/year
• Unlimited Classifieds : $295.00/year

Once purchased, your classifieds will be available for use continuously, as many times as you need, for one year.

HOOFPICK APPS

• Your OWN Mobile Android and iOS App customised to suit your Equestrian Business.

• To maintain your Apps compabilibity with the lastest versions of iOS and Android there is an App resubmission fee. App resubmissions are required approximately once a year.
• Any classifieds that you pay for are available in your App, on your Website, and on Hoofpick.net.

• It operates entirely within your website (no redirects) and all the Hoofpick functionality is still available (booking services, entering events etc.).

FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE
