In sport, Nonstop rode first with Nelson and Rodrigo Pessoa (in 98, he had wins at Valkenward and Hamburg) and then under Toni Hassman. He was a Puissance and Derby specialist, winnning the Puissance in Neustadt-Dosse in 2002. Yet as a sire he has been most remarkable, producing Ulysse – Swiss Champion, winner of the La Baule Derby and the Grand Prix of Flasterbo and no 2 horse in the world 2010; Amai, winner of the 4* Verona GP and 2nd in the Masters and GP of Antwerp (under Michael Whitaker); Denis Lynch’s GP horse Abbervail; and Robert Smith’s Vangelis.
