This three stage system fits to any size or uneven floor. With wall to wall water tight rubber flooring, this prevents diseases and makes cleaning much easier, with mucking out time reduced up to 40%. This product is installed on site, which is cost affective and can easily pay for itself within 12 – 18 months. Installation: 1.Primed based layer: The existing sub-base is sealed with a specially designed primer to provide a good strong adhesive foundation for stage 2. 2.Shock Absorbing Layer: Contains EPDM Granules mixed with a high tensile binder. It’s is laid at 20mm depth, trowelled and rolled smooth. This layer provides a comfortable resting surface and beneficial for the horse to maintain healthy joints, muscles, bones and tendons. 3.Sealed top coat: The final stage to this system, consisting of a 2 part polyurethane sealant which is applied over the shock pad layer. This wall to wall bonded layer prevents bacteria growth and urine seepage. Its wearing propeties means that it protects the shock pad and can easily be resealed. Classy Stable flooring with its unique proprietary requires less bedding, reducing odours and dust levels, which helps to improve your horse's respiratory system and help prevent hock sore. Foal Safety: This product is also perfect if expecting a Foal. Which features an impact layer that will cushion a fall if the foal trips or stumbles.
