BOARDING
Great care in a relaxed atmosphere.
Harvest View Stables features a lovely 18-stall barn with an attached indoor arena. Each stall is 12'x12' or larger and features rubber mats over crushed limestone, Dutch doors to the outside, a light, electrical outlet and a window.
Our two hot- and cold-water wash and grooming stalls have rubber flooring, and additional cross ties are located throughout the back aisle of the stable. A heated tack room with restroom add to the comfort and convenience of the facility. In winter, each stall has a bucket heater, and outside water troughs are heated, as well. Horses enjoy plenty of turnout in our spacious pastures with horse-safe fencing. Beautiful trails surround our stable and provide ample opportunity for riding through the countryside.
Our indoor and outdoor riding arenas, along with our jump field, allow for year-round schooling, and we are fortunate to have ample space for hacking both on and off the property.
Full-care board includes one lesson or schooling ride per week, twice-a-day feeding, turn-out and turn-in, blanketing and daily stall cleaning. We will be happy to add to your horse's feed any supplements that you use. Additionally, you may hire our farrier and veterinarian or invite your own.
Incoming horses must have current Coggins within one year and current vaccines including: Eastern/Western/Tetanus, Potomac, Flu/Rhino, Rabies, West Nile and Strangles.
