Old Lodge Stud

Old Lodge Stud is one of the most successful show jumping studs in Britain. It is recognised in the UK and abroad as breeding and producing horses which have the attributes to succeed in top level sport. At both the 2010 British Showjumping Awards Ball and the 2010 British Equine Federation Breeders Awards we were presented with beautiful trophies in recognition of our achievements in breeding and producing top quality horses. The stud was established in 1997 with a small band of broodmares and now has over 100 horses from foal Champions to competition horses winning at CSI 5* level. Sultan V, bred by Old Lodge, and winner of both the Foxhunter and Grade C Finals at HOYS in 2009, was a member of the bronze medal team from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the London 2012 Olympics. Old Lodge now has a small band of younger horses who are beginning to make their mark on the International scene, including Lord of Arabia, Golden Hawk and Zanzibar V. Horses bred at Old Lodge have been sold into top show jumping, eventing and dressage yards and include horses on the Equine Pathway (2016 Olympic Potential), National and International Champions. In order to support the breeding and production of sport horses in the UK Old Lodge has gifted over £100,000 to support classes aimed to identify and help owners and riders to produce jumping horses in the UK, including The Old Lodge Young Breeding Horse Championship, We hope that you'll follow the "visit website" link above if you need any more information.
