Solaris Sport Horses, breeders of performance KWPN and Scottish Dutch Warmblood Sport Horses with a primary focus on dressage, show jumping and eventing. The stud is situated in Perthsire, Scotland in the UK. By selecting the very best bloodlines that Europe has to offer combined with a strong emphasis on proven performance mare lines, we incorporate distinctive and attractive coats of colour without compromising on quality to produce talented and beautiful horses suited for the amateur & professional rider. Consistently producing Premium, Champion and Prize Winning young stock, our foals and horses have been successfully sold to clients as far as France, Spain, The Netherlands, South Africa, Czech Republic, Southern Ireland and the USA with a few remaining in our homeland of Scotland and the UK. The majority of our homebred horses that are now under saddle and the progeny of our stallions are competing with success in the disciplines of dressage, showjumping and eventing at National Level. Our homebred coloured KWPN filly "Bequinna" from our second crop of foals claimed the French National Champion Junior Event Title in 2013 at the young age of seven! Full sister "Aquenna" made Reserve for the Scottish Junior Show jumping teams in 2013. Currently standing three stallions at public stud. The homozygous coloured warmblood stallion "Solaris Buenno", the Homozygous black dressage stallion "Amoureux" and the purebred Akhal Teke perlino stallion "Kambarbay". In addition, the stud owns distribution rights to the frozen semen supplies of their formerly owned foundation stallions the KWPN Coloured Dutch Warmblood stallion Umenno now in South Africa and the cremello warmblood stallion "McJonnas" in the Netherlands. The studs mare herd consists of many top performance and world class bloodlines and breeds a handful of foals each year, some offered for sale with others retained for future breeding in order to move our breeding program forward.
