1. Lights must be turned off immediately after use 2. All droppings must be picked up 3. No lunging or loose schooling is permitted 4. Please make your presence known before entering 5. Please be respectful of others using the arena and the property of Bosanko Sport Horses. Leave arena tidy 6. Hats to the correct standard must be worn when mounted 7. Under 16's must be supervised by an adult 8. Bosanko Sport Horses reserve the right to ask anyone to leave 9. All riders entering the arena acknowledge and accept the rules and ride at their own risk 10. No hay or skipping onto the car park. All droppings must be cleared before you leave. All emergencies or breakages must be reported to Mark 11. Neither Bosanko Sport Horses, nor anyone in their employ may be available during the day and accordingly all those who wish to school their horses/ponies and use the facilities at Bosanko Sport Horses do so entirely at their own risk. 12. The owners of Bosanko Sport Horses, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Equestrian facilities do not accept any liability for any damage done to any persons or property, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with the Equestrian facilities or otherwise howsoever. 13. It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Equestrian facilities that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree, that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises.
