The BDF Equestrian Centre (BRN) came alive with energy and achievement as young athletes from across Asia delivered standout performances in the Equestrian events of the Asian Youth Games 2025.


Jumping competition

In the Individual Jumping competition, Malaysia’s rising talent Princess Sharifah Ariel Budriah Jamalullail and Panamera Z captured gold after a flawless and thrilling jump-off.

Meanwhile, Iraq’s Humam Harith Mohammed and Ilania earned silver and the United Arab Emirates’ athlete Saleh Mufrrej Ali Mohame Alkarbi and Espresso claimed bronze, marking a strong showing for young equestrian talent across the continent.


The Team Jumping event likewise provided thrilling competition. Team Jordan, formed by Taimur Ulserim & Ice Van de Molenbelt, Eman Daghistani & Gloria, Ghazi Al Aboura & Nerando BH and Mohammad Abu Hamour & Mandela claimed the gold medal after a nail-bitting jump-off with four other nations, all of them with zero penalties after the first two rounds.

Team Qatar, formed by Abdulaziz Saoud Al Fakhroo & Falou, Amer Hamad Al Mansoori & HonoluluBRL, Mohammed Eisa Al Bukhari & Canao Du Lohic and Suhaim Hamad Al Yafei & Gamin Raye finished in second position, followed by Saudi Arabia (Abdulhadi Alkahtani & Q Mureen, Abdulmajeed Alkhammash & Leaper Ibiza GM, Abdulaziz Gohal & Api Des Champs and Mashhoor Alothaim & Cinsello Blue PS) who finished in third position.

Endurance Competition


In the Endurance discipline, the athletes from the United Arab Emirates demonstrated their strength, securing all three places on the individual podium after a closely contested competition that was decided by just a couple of seconds.


Essa Rashed Mohammad Saeed Almazrouei & SW Kapelia finished in first Only one second later, his compatriot Ahmad Abdulrahman Ahmad Ezzadin Albastaki & Gepito took second place, followed by Khalifa Rashed Mugheer Salem Alameemi & SW Ikran in third.


In the team competition, it was again the United Arab Emirates who claimed the gold medal. The team was composed of Essa Rashed Mohammad Saeed Almazrouei & SW Kapelia, Ahmad Abdulrahman Ahmad Ezzadin Albastaki & Gepito, Khalifa Rashed Mugheer Salem Alameemi & SW Ikran, Ali Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Alfalasi & Bullio Condessa, and Rashed Abdulrahman Jasem Aljallaf Almheiri & Elite de la Fichade.


The UAE team was followed by Team Bahrain earning the silver medal, and Team Saudi Arabia, who finished third.
