Every Stable Management plan comes with the User and One additional Team Member as standard. Team Members are unique to your Plan not your Stable.
ie. Team Members can be assigned to multiple Stables.
First, go to your Dashboard and open the menu ![]()
Navigatge down to Stable Manager and select it. Here in Stable Manager you will see your Stable/s you have set up.
Under the Action centre alined with the Stable you wish to assign the Team Member/s, select the Team Members

Here you can Manage your Subscription plan to add team members by selecting View Plans
. Choose the plan that best suits your requirements.
Enter their email address and Check email
. If they are already registered on Hoofpick you will get a User found response and you can add them as a team member.
You can assign your new Team Member Permissions to only View or View & Update by selecting these in the permissions box.
Remember to select

If the new Team Member is not registered on Hoofpick enter their email address and select
.
You will see the following response: "No account found for this email. You can send an invite".
Set their permissions to only View or View & Update by selecting these in the permissions box.
Then select
. An Invite email with a link asking them to Accept Invite will have been sent to the new Team Member. The link will take them to register on Hoofpick and they will be automatically added to your Team Members Plan with the permissions you set for them.
