Create a Stable




The Stable Manager module allows you to organise and manage multiple stables, horses, and related contacts from one central place.

Follow the steps below to create a new stable.


Go to Stable Manager

If the Stable Manager option does not appear on your menu, from your dashboard:

  • Click Modules from your menu.
  • Look for the Stable Manager module and set it to 'Active'. Update your settings.
  • From the menu you should now have the 'Stable Manager' menu option. Click on it to open the Stable Manager.


To create a new Stable, click Add new.

*You can create as many stables as you require*

Complete the required information:

  • Stable Name Enter the name of your stable.
  • Location Add the location of the stable (yard name, town, or full address).
  • Contact Phone Enter the main contact number for the stable.
  • Notes Use this section to add any additional information about the stable (optional).


Hoofpick Biz Form Settings (Optional)

If you are using Hoofpick Biz forms:

  • Hoofpick Biz Form Label Enter the label you want displayed for the form button.
  • Hoofpick Biz Form ID Enter the form ID if you wish to connect a specific Hoofpick Biz form to this stable.

These fields are optional and can be left blank if not required.


Upload Images

Any field marked with a * is required and must be completed before you proceed to the next step.

  • Stable Profile Image Upload a square image (Cropped to aspect ratio 1:1) to represent your stable.
  • Cover Image Upload a wide image (Cropped to aspect ratio 1:0.35) that will appear as the stable cover image.

Make sure images match the recommended aspect ratios shown on the form for best results.


Set Status

Choose whether the stable should be:

  • Active – The stable is visible and usable.
  • Inactive – The stable is saved but not currently active.

Ensure Status is set to 'Active' for you to be able to use the Stable Manager for this stable. It can be set to 'Inactive' if you want to save your stable, but only use it at a later date.


Add Primary Member Profile (Optional)

You can add an initial member linked to this stable:

  • Member Name Enter the member’s name (leave blank if the same as the stable name).
  • Contact Phone Enter the member’s phone number.
  • Member Profile Image Upload a profile image (Cropped to aspect ratio 1:1) for the member (optional).

You can add additional team members later from within the stable.


Save

Once all required fields are completed:

  • Click Save to create the stable
  • Or click Cancel to return without saving

Your new stable will now appear in your Stable Manager list of stables.
