... AT LONDON INTERNATIONAL HORSE SHOW

London International Horse Show is delighted to announce the next instalment in 2025’s popular LeMieux Masterclass Series, Jumping Journeys, which will shine a spotlight on the dynamic world of Show Jumping. Taking place on Monday 22 December, the session will feature Rachel Proudley, individual European Young Rider champion and top Puissance competitor, who won the LeMieux Puissance at London International in 2024, along with Meg Elphick, a popular amateur event rider and content creator. The Masterclass will be hosted by Di Lampard MBE – British Equestrian’s Show Jumping Performance Manager and one of the most successful Chef d’Equipe’s on the circuit.

Focusing on jumping approaches, confidence-building techniques, and competition tips, this LeMieux Masterclass celebrates the excitement of Show Jumping in all its glory. With Lampard coaching from the ground, Proudley and Elphick will demonstrate exercises designed to build clear round confidence. Audiences can expect practical training insights and take-home techniques to develop relaxed, responsive, and successful jumping partnerships.

Di Lampard MBE is one the most distinguished figures in British Show Jumping, having represented Great Britain in two World Equestrian Games, two European Championships, and approximately 50 Nations Cup teams. Now British Equestrian’s Show Jumping Performance Manager and Chef d’Equipe, she recently led the British team to victory at the FEI BMO Nations’ Cup at the CSIO Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament and in the season’s final Longines FEI League of Nations™ qualifying leg at St. Tropez-Gassin. Lampard has overseen Great Britain’s Show Jumping qualification for several Olympic Games, including Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2021 when Nick Skelton and Ben Maher claimed their individual gold medals, as well as Paris 2024 when Team GB won team gold. In 2017 she was awarded an MBE for her services to the sport.

Di Lampard MBE commented: "London International Horse Show is always the highlight of my season, being invited to coach the LeMieux Masterclass and getting to share the experience with the audience is exciting. It is an honour to be invited to coach Young Rider European gold medallist Rachel Proudley, and Meg Elphick.”

Proudley arrives with an impressive reputation on the international Show Jumping circuit. Whilst she secured individual gold at the 2025 FEI Jumping European Championship for Young Riders this summer in Germany, she is also known for her Puissance achievements. Proudley and Easy Boy de Laubry Z were the only combination to clear the 6ft 11 wall to win the LeMieux Puissance at London International Horse Show in 2024. Since then, the pair have won the Defender Puissance at the Dublin Horse Show, making Proudley the first woman to win the Puissance at the Show in over 60 years. Alongside her competitive career, Proudley has built a loyal online following where she shares her training insights and behind-the-scenes experiences from life at the top level of the sport.

Proudley added: "Competing at London International Horse Show is a highlight of my year, but being part of a LeMieux Masterclass for the first time is new and exciting! I’m really looking forward to sharing the training tips that help me in the arena and hopefully inspiring others to give them a try.”

A longstanding favourite of the LeMieux Masterclass Series, Elphick will bring her approachable style and enthusiasm to the Masterclass, and will also attend much-loved Meet & Greets on the Live Zone too. A successful amateur event rider, Meg has built a strong social media following by sharing the realities of training and competing. After several years starring in eventing-focused LeMieux Masterclasses at London International, Meg embarks on a new challenge for 2025 alongside Proudley in this year’s Show Jumping spotlight.

Elphick commented: “London International Horse Show has always been a huge inspiration to me, so to be invited back to share my love of the sport in such an iconic setting is incredibly exciting.”

Jonathan Goold, Event Director stated: “We are thrilled to welcome Meg and Rachel to this year’s LeMieux Showjumping Masterclass. Their ability to connect with fans both in the arena and online makes them fantastic ambassadors for the sport. This session will be a brilliant mix of entertainment and education - exactly what London International Horse Show is all about.”
